Per-delegate production pricing for AGMs, conferences and corporate functions.
Our event packages are priced per delegate and scale from focused boardroom sessions to full-production AGMs and galas. Management fees cover planning, supplier coordination, on-site direction and post-event reporting.

Good to know
- — Venue hire is quoted at cost plus coordination where the venue is not in-house.
- — Delegate numbers are confirmed 5 working days before the event; final billing is on confirmed numbers.
- — All prices are indicative and quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), excluding VAT unless stated.
- — Final pricing is confirmed on a written quotation after scope, headcount, venue and travel are agreed.
- — Travel outside a 50 km radius of Rustenburg is quoted separately at cost.
- — A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due 3 working days before delivery.
